We are searching for a Junior Analyst for the Corporate Finance division for the Mid Corporate & Sponsor Solutions .

As an Analyst you will be working in the Mid Corporate & Sponsor Solutions team based in Milan and supporting both origination and execution projects.

Duties include:


• Financial statement analysis, valuations, financial modeling


• Preparation of client presentations, deal memoranda etc, both in the context of the origination and execution of transactions


• Preparation of company and industry analyses and company and industry profiles


• Target analysis and / or buyer's acquisition capacity analysis


• Keep up to date about M&A, equity and debt related issues

The position requires a self-confident person who is a self-starter; highly motivated and reliable, with strong team spirit:


• Up to 2 years of Investment Banking experience


• Deal experience primarily in M&A


• Strong financial modelling skills


• Ability to prioritize and project manage a range of tasks, attention to detail


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Fluent in Italian and English


• Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines


• Aptitude to take responsibility for a task and complete it


• Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration from a top-tier Business or Engineer School
