Pirola Corporate Finance S.p.A., a strategic finance advisory firm specializing in providing advisory services in extraordinary finance transactions, is looking for an expert profile in the LBO and Structured Finance field  to strengthen the team and business in the area.

The candidate, reporting directly to the reference partner, will be responsible for:

  • Development and consolidation of a network of investors (mainly funds and banks) for whom LBO and Structured Finance activities can be carried out
  • Structuring LBO transactions
  • Relations with funds in the procurement of the banks involved in the operations
  • Management and coordination of individual projects.

Required:

  • At least 7-10 years of experience in LBO and Structured Finance with PE funds
  • Demonstrable network of funds and/or banks
  • Fluent English, a third language will be considered a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A spirit of initiative and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate is a professional with experience in relations with funds and relations with banks interested in joining a fast-growing financial advisor who has the opportunity to offer clients a multidisciplinary approach.
