Accountabilities
  • Design, implement, and read A/B tests in Email and Digital advertising channels.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and Authenticated channels.
  • Conduct audits of marketing data for accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
  • Perform code reviews and identify efficiencies in marketing processes.
  • Partner with channel owners to evaluate campaign results and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses to resolve ad hoc performance issues.
  • Standardize KPI definitions and reporting processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or business intelligence.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R preferred.
  • Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Ability to translate complex analytical results into clear business recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
