This role is crucial in supporting the execution and optimization of customer retention marketing strategies through data analysis and reporting. You will play a vital part in ensuring campaign effectiveness while collaborating with various teams to enhance strategies that drive customer loyalty. By leveraging your analytical expertise, you'll help shape marketing initiatives that lead to substantial business growth and enhance customer engagement across digital platforms. Accountabilities
  • Design and implement A/B tests in Email and Digital advertising channels.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and other channels.
  • Conduct audits of marketing data for accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
  • Perform code reviews to identify efficiencies in marketing processes.
  • Collaborate with channel owners to evaluate campaign results and make recommendations.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to improve channel efficiency and resolve performance issues.
  • Standardize KPI definitions and reporting processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related fields.
  • Strong SQL proficiency; experience with Python or R preferred.
  • Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Understanding of attribution methodologies and digital analytics platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex results into business recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
