TENDER MANAGEMENT AND INTERNAL SALES SUPPORT (Ufficio Gare)

Stiamo cercando un/una Addetto/a gestione portali fornitori e supporto amministrativo da inserire nel nostro Ufficio Gare. La figura sarà responsabile della gestione operativa e dell'aggiornamento tempestivo dei portali fornitori aziendali, oltre a svolgere attività amministrative di supporto legate alla compilazione, protocollazione e aggiornamento della documentazione aziendale.

DESCRIZIONE

Il/La candidato/a si occuperà principalmente di:

  • Gestione e aggiornamento dei portali fornitori, inclusi:

  • Registrazione a nuovi portali;

  • Aggiornamento periodico di dati aziendali, anagrafici e documentali;

  • Monitoraggio delle scadenze e delle richieste di aggiornamento.

  • Compilazione, caricamento e aggiornamento di documenti amministrativi;

  • Verifica della correttezza e completezza delle informazioni inserite nei sistemi e nei portali;
  • Archiviazione digitale e/o cartacea della documentazione e tracciamento delle attività svolte;
  • Protocollazione delle fatture e gestione della relativa documentazione secondo le procedure aziendali;
  • Inserimento e aggiornamento di schede anagrafiche relative a corsi di formazione (anagrafiche, partecipanti, documentazione correlata) e/o eventi marketing aziendali, garantendo completezza e correttezza dei dati raccolti;
  • Supporto alle funzioni interne per richieste operative e amministrative.

REQUISITI

  • Diploma o titolo equivalente.
  • Ottima conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici (pacchetto Office, portali web);
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
    La conoscenza della lingua spagnola rappresenta un requisito preferenziale
