ABOUT THE ROLE

The resource will report directly to the Head of "General Services" within the "People & Organization" Department, a function that requires excellent interpersonal skills, accuracy, and proactivity.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

The selected candidate will contribute to the organizational efficiency of the company's offices and provide support to colleagues by assisting the team in the daily management of the following activities:

  • Actively support the management of office spaces and meeting rooms, including assistance with maintenance activities, to ensure functional and welcoming work environments.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements with attention to the needs of the individuals involved.
  • Assist in managing relationships with suppliers, contributing to the effectiveness of procurement processes and the quality of corporate services.
  • Ensure proper handling of material and service orders with SAP Ariba.
  • Organize back-office activities, document archiving, and preparation of internal reports.
  • Prepare and collect documentation required for obtaining and maintaining corporate certifications (e.g., ISO, environmental, safety).
  • Contribute to internal service improvement projects.
  • Support the team in preparing the annual budget and monitoring the progress throughout the year

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification. A university degree in administration, management, or related fields is considered a plus
  • Accuracy, reliability, and initiative skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems promptly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Written and spoken English proficiency (B1 level)

NICE TO HAVE

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the SAP system
