Project Manager che tenga insieme tempi, priorità, flussi interni e knowledge base di KVA.

Chi stiamo cercando

Una persona che:

  • abbia 1–3 anni di esperienza in ruoli di project management / operations / PMO / office management avanzato (sull'esperienza non siamo severi, ma ci serve vedere le capacità, soprattutto metodologia e pensiero critico);
  • sia un maniaco dell'organizzazione, dei dati e dell'ottimizzazione dei processi: sa mettere ordine in task, processi, file, informazioni;
  • sia una persona precisa: tiene il conto di tempi e scadenze, rincorre le cose finché non sono chiuse e ha l'assertività necessaria per "make it happen" quando serve;
  • capisce il valore dell'utilizzo dell'AI nel lavoro quotidiano e ha desiderio di usarla per velocizzare processi, automazioni, reportistica, gestione informazioni;
  • sia ambiziosa: ha voglia di crescere in fretta, prendersi responsabilità e sporcarsi le mani, far parte di una realtà iper competitiva e fra le più innovative d'Europa;
  • non si spaventa davanti a contesti veloci, dinamici e non ha timore di condividere il proprio pensiero del mondo e dell'organizzazione che vive delle idee di tutte e tutti e del valore che portiamo insieme in tutto ciò che facciamo.

Cosa farai

  • gestire la pianificazione operativa:
    agenda delle attività chiave, scadenze, dipendenze tra task e progetti;
  • organizzare e mantenere viva la knowledge base aziendale
    (documentazione, processi, template, archivi, repository interni);
  • supportare la definizione e il miglioramento dei processi interni
    (onboarding, gestione progetti, rituali di team, reporting);
  • usare attivamente strumenti di AI per:
  • sintesi di documenti e meeting,
  • strutturare informazioni e knowledge base,
  • creare template operativi, checklist, SOP;
  • tenere il tempo al team:
    ricordare scadenze, allineare le persone, segnalare blocchi e colli di bottiglia;
  • preparare e circolare recap operativi post meeting
    (decisioni, owner, deadline) e monitorare che le cose vengano fatte;

Responsabilità principali

  • project management delle operations interne (cose concrete che vanno chiuse; chi fa cosa, entro quando, cosa è bloccato);
  • organizzazione di riunioni chiave interne (stand up, allineamenti) con agenda chiara e follow-up
  • costruzione, manutenzione e pulizia della knowledge base (es. Notion);
  • supporto al team nelle attività operative ripetitive, con focus su come automatizzarle o sistemizzarle usando AI e tool digitali;

Requisiti

  • 1–3 anni di esperienza in ruoli come Project Manager / Operations / PMO / Office Manager evoluto / Junior Consultant in realtà dinamiche;
  • confidenza con strumenti digitali e di collaborazione (es. Notion, Google Workspace, tool di project management);
  • uso quotidiano di strumenti AI e forte interesse a potenziarli nel lavoro;
  • capacità di scrivere bene mail, recap, documenti operativi (chiari, strutturati);
  • attitudine molto operativa: se manca un pezzo, non ti limiti a segnalarlo, lo chiudi o trovi chi lo chiude;
  • italiano fluente, inglese buono.

Nice to have

  • esperienza in startup, scaleup o realtà di consulenza dove i processi non erano tutti "da manuale";
  • esperienza nella gestione di knowledge base o sistemi documentali;
  • qualche progetto dimostrabile in cui hai messo ordine dove c'era caos (anche associazioni, community, università, ecc.);
  • questo non è un ruolo da coordinamento passivo o da semplice PMO: è un ruolo operativo, hands-on, in cui spesso sei tu la persona che chiude le cose, devi saperti sporcare le mani e magari ti piace pure

  • Torino (preferenza per presenza fisica regolare in ufficio ma valutiamo soluzioni ibride)
