Il Progetto di Tesi / Stage
Lo studente selezionato contribuirà allo sviluppo di un progetto dedicato a:
Mappatura As-Is delle informazioni necessarie al richiamo della corretta ricetta di lavoro nei diversi impianti lungo la supply chain, standardizzazione del processo reperimento dati in modo da implementare le informazioni in modo strutturato a sistema. Attività propedeutica in ottica di cambiamento ERP.
Il Progetto Ha L'obiettivo Di
- Identificare e classificare tutte le informazioni tecniche, operative e di processo utilizzate nei vari impianti per la selezione e l'attivazione della ricetta di lavoro corretta.
- Analizzare le differenze e le criticità tra i diversi impianti.
- Definire una visione chiara e strutturata del flusso informativo attuale come base per future attività di standardizzazione o digitalizzazione.
Il lavoro sarà svolto con il supporto continuo del tutor aziendale e in collaborazione con le funzioni Operations, Engineering, Qualità e IT.
Attività Principali
- Raccolta e analisi dati relativi a ricette, cicli di lavoro, distinte e parametri di processo
- Mappatura dettagliata degli attuali flussi informativi (As-Is)
- Interviste e workshop con i referenti dei vari impianti
- Identificazione gap, duplicazioni, criticità e possibili incoerenze
- Supporto alla definizione dei requisiti informativi per un possibile modello standard futuro
- Preparazione report e documentazione per la tesi
Requisiti
- Studente/laureando in Ingegneria Gestionale, Ingegneria della Produzione o affini
- Buona capacità di analisi e strutturazione delle informazioni
- Conoscenza di base dei processi produttivi e/o della supply chain
- Ottima conoscenza di Excel e strumenti di analisi dati; plus la conoscenza di Microsoft e Power Query
- Attitudine al problem solving, curiosità e buon approccio comunicativo
