DESCRIZIONE DELLA POSIZIONE

Cerchiamo un Senior Engineer specializzato in Electrical, Instrumentation e Telecomunicazioni con comprovata esperienza nel settore Oil & Gas. Il candidato avrà la responsabilità di supervisionare, verificare e coordinare tutte le attività relative alle discipline elettro-strumentali e telecomunicazioni durante le fasi di costruzione e commissioning di impianti complessi.

PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ
Documentazione Tecnica
  • Redazione di specifiche tecniche, procedure operative e piani di qualità relativi alle discipline E&I e Telecomunicazioni
  • Definizione di standard documentali in linea con Company Standard e normative internazionali
  • Controllo versioni e gestione della documentazione tecnica
Review e Compliance
  • Verifica della documentazione tecnica emessa dai contrattisti (specifiche, calcoli, schemi, disegni)
  • Valutazione dell'adeguatezza rispetto alle specifiche di progetto e agli standard applicabili
  • Verifica della conformità ai Company Standard e alle normative internazionali di riferimento
  • Identificazione e gestione delle non conformità
Coordinamento e Comunicazione
  • Gestione riunioni tecniche con i contrattisti
  • Troubleshooting e risoluzione di problematiche tecniche
  • Coordinamento con le altre discipline e con il Project Management
  • Reportistica tecnica regolare
Supervisione On-Site
  • Supervisione diretta delle attività di installazione, testing e commissioning presso i vari cantieri
  • Verifica della corretta esecuzione delle attività secondo le procedure approvate
  • Controllo della qualità dei lavori eseguiti
  • Monitoraggio della compliance con le normative di sicurezza
Testing e Certificazione
  • Partecipazione ai Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) presso i fornitori
  • Partecipazione ai Cause & Effect Tests e functional testing
  • Supporto ai processi di certificazione e compliance
  • Documentazione dei risultati di test e collaudi
Audit e Assurance
  • Conduzione di Technical Audits presso i siti di lavoro
  • Verifica dell'applicazione delle procedure e degli standard
  • Rapporto dei risultati di audit e raccomandazioni di miglioramento
COMPETENZE RICHIESTE
Esperienza Professionale (Obbligatoria)
  • Minimo 10+ anni di esperienza comprovata in supervisione, verifica ed esecuzione di attività in discipline Electrical, Instrumentation e Telecomunicazioni
  • Esperienza specifica in fase di Costruzione e Commissioning per progetti Oil & Gas (onshore e/o offshore)
  • Esperienza nella gestione di contrattisti e subappaltatori
  • Esperienza in coordinamento multidisciplinare su progetti complessi
Competenze Trasversali
  • Lingua Inglese: Fluente (scritto e parlato) – essenziale per comunicazione con clienti e team internazionali
  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione tecnica
  • Capacità di problem-solving e analisi critica
  • Orientamento alla qualità e al dettaglio
  • Capacità di lavorare in ambienti multiculturali e multidisciplinari
  • Autonomia e responsabilità
Disponibilità
  • Disponibilità a missioni on-site presso siti di lavoro 
  • Flessibilità oraria per coordinamento con team internazionali
  • Disponibilità a brevi periodi di trasferta: la posizione prevede attività da remoto salvo per i periodi di missione che verranno assegnati dal cliente
