The Role

Reporting directly to our COO, you will be the core of our expansion strategy. You won't just be a manager, but a strategic coach tasked with maximizing the customer lifecycle and value.

Key Responsibilities

As the Sales Upsell Leader, you will be primarily responsible for:

  • Leading and motivating a team of Customer Expansion Specialists
    , ensuring high performance and a quality commercial approach
  • Defining the Upsell strategy
    across various client segments, optimizing processes and minimizing the Churn rate.
  • Promoting a consultative sales model
    , helping doctors understand the value of the proposed solutions and how they can impact their business.
  • Analyzing portfolio data
    , identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Working closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product
    to create effective campaigns, initiatives, and materials.
  • Monitoring
    weekly and monthly
    KPIs
    , ensuring accurate forecasting.

We are looking for

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales / customer expansion roles
    (upselling, inside sales, account management).
  • Ability to lead teams and improve performance
    through coaching, processes, and analysis.
  • Experience in SaaS, digital, or tech environments
    .
  • Analytical skills and familiarity with KPIs, metrics, and CRM
    (Hubspot / Salesforce).
  • Professional knowledge of
    English language.

Nice to Have

  • 1–2 years of experience managing goal-oriented teams
    focused on business objectives.
  • Experience selling marketing products
    (e.g., Google Ads).
  • Interest in the healthcare sector.
