Description

We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong interest in hospitality and the Food & Beverage sector to join our team as an F&B Administration Intern.

The intern will primarily support the administrative and organizational side of the F&B department, working closely with the F&B Director, while also having the opportunity to collaborate with various operational teams (restaurant, bar, banqueting) when needed.

This is a dynamic, hands-on learning experience that offers a broad view of the F&B world.

Main Responsability

  • Assist with administrative and organizational tasks within the F&B department
  • Help gather and manage internal data and reports
  • Support communication and coordination between the F&B office and operational teams
  • Assist with planning, scheduling, documentation, and preparation of internal materials
  • Provide occasional support during operational activities (e.g., events, breakfast service, banqueting)

Requirements

  • Interest in hospitality and Food & Beverage operations and management
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Flexibility, proactivity, and willingness to support different teams when needed
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English
