Broking Manager - Construction

Come sarà la giornata tipo?
La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno del Team Construction e si occuperà della gestione di un portafoglio clienti e delle principali attività di intermediazione assicurativa, con un forte focus sulla relazione con il cliente e sul coordinamento con compagnie e network Aon a livello internazionale.

Tra Le Attività Principali

  • Gestione quotidiana della relazione con il cliente.
  • Coordinamento con le compagnie assicurative e con il network internazionale Aon.
  • Pianificazione e gestione delle attività operative legate ai programmi assicurativi (monitoraggio scadenze, aggiornamento strumenti interni, supporto nei rinnovi, ecc.).
  • Supporto alle iniziative commerciali e di sviluppo del portafoglio.
  • Collaborazione con le diverse strutture interne Aon per una gestione integrata del Cliente.

Quali sono le competenze ed esperienze richieste?

  • Esperienza nella gestione di portafogli assicurativi o in ruoli analoghi nel settore assicurativo/brokeraggio.
  • Buone capacità commerciali e relazionali.
  • Spiccata capacità di organizzazione del lavoro in termini di attività e scadenze.
  • Buona conoscenza dei principali rami assicurativi.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
  • Capacità di problem solving e orientamento agli obiettivi.
  • Spiccate capacità comunicative e attitudine al teamworking.
  • Abitudine a lavorare per obiettivi e a rendicontare le attività svolte.
