1 MICE & EVENTS AGENT

RESPONSABILITA'

  • Supporto alla gestione delle richieste dalla fase di preventivo alla chiusura dell'evento.
  • Controllo di tutti gli aspetti logistici dell'evento in sinergia con gli altri reparti.
  • Supervisione durante l'evento per garantire che tutto si svolga secondi piani, assistere i clienti durante lo svolgimento degli eventi.
  • Assicurarsi che l'evento rispecchi gli obiettivi aziendali e l'immagine del brand.
  • Monitoraggio della soddisfazione del cliente e raccolta feedback post-evento.

REQUISITI

  • Esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo, preferibilmente in hotel di lusso.
  • Ottime capacità organizzative e di problem solving.
  • Eccellenti doti comunicative e relazionali.
  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (altre lingue costituiscono un plus).
  • Familiarità con software gestionali.
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team e orientamento al cliente.

CONTRATTO

  • Contratto diretto con l'azienda a tempo determinato di 6 mesi con successiva possibilità di inserimento a tempo indeterminato.
  • Livello: C2; CCNL: Turismo e Industria
