Il/la Junior Developer contribuirà allo sviluppo di soluzioni RPA (Robotic Process Automation) e AI per ottimizzare processi aziendali e migliorare l'efficienza operativa.

Responsabilità principali

  • Supportare la progettazione e lo sviluppo di bot RPA utilizzando strumenti come UiPath, N8N o equivalenti.
  • Collaborare alla creazione di modelli AI per analisi predittive, classificazione e automazione intelligente.
  • Partecipare alla raccolta dei requisiti e alla documentazione tecnica dei progetti.
  • Effettuare test, debugging e manutenzione delle soluzioni implementate.
  • Lavorare a stretto contatto con team interfunzionali (IT, Operations, Data Analysis).

Requisiti

Essenziali:

  • Laurea triennale o magistrale in Informatica, Ingegneria, Matematica, o campi affini anche in corso di ottenimento.
  • Conoscenza base di linguaggi di programmazione (es. Python, C#, JavaScript).
  • Interesse per l'automazione dei processi e l'intelligenza artificiale.
  • Capacità di problem solving e attitudine al lavoro in team.

Preferenziali:

  • Esperienza (anche accademica) con strumenti RPA.
  • Familiarità con librerie AI/ML (es. scikit-learn, TensorFlow, OpenAI).
  • Conoscenza di ambienti cloud (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
