Siamo alla ricerca di un/a
Addetto/a alla Reception
per una delle nostre strutture ricettive. La risorsa sarà il primo punto di contatto con gli ospiti, garantendo un'accoglienza cordiale e professionale e supportando le operazioni di front office in linea con gli elevati standard della struttura.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo o in mansioni affini (preferibile)
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
  • Conoscenza operativa della lingua inglese (ulteriori lingue costituiranno un plus)
  • Competenza nell'uso del PC e dei principali strumenti informatici (preferibile esperienza con PMS gestionali per hotel)
  • Affidabilità, precisione e orientamento al cliente
  • Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità a lavorare su turni, weekend e festivi

Mansioni principali:

  • Accoglienza e registrazione degli ospiti in arrivo e in partenza
  • Gestione delle prenotazioni e delle comunicazioni con gli ospiti
  • Fornire informazioni su servizi, tariffe e attrazioni locali
  • Gestione pagamenti e operazioni di cassa
  • Coordinamento con il personale di servizio e manutenzione per garantire un soggiorno ottimale agli ospiti
  • Gestione di eventuali segnalazioni, reclami o richieste particolari
