As Haoxin Group, we are searching for new colleagues to join our team in Italy.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting the sales manager and project team with project documentation and control, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with on-site management to ensure project success
  • Assist engineering development team in HQ from project review until handover completion.
  • Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines
  • Responsible for submittal process
  • Responsible for comunicating with keyholders on tasks/milestones progress.
  • Responsible for communication with customer engineering and R&D departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience on casting - machining processes.
  • Experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or process engineering.
  • Familiarity with rules, regulations, lesson learned, best practices and performance standards
  • Basic knowledge of automotive quality system (IATF and process/product improvement tools.
  • Responsible for customer standards and specifications
  • Chinese language
