Midi Management is an investment company focused on sport / lifestyle / outdoor goods with investments in Jacques Marie Mage, Black Crows, Grivel and Hervet Manufacturier.

We are looking for an intern to support our investment team covering Europe and the US in investment and portfolio management activities.

TASK OVERVIEW

  • Support team on operational projects including value creation initiatives in portfolio companies.
  • Research and analysis of business models and companies, identifying investment opportunities.
  • Support the team in performing commercial and financial due diligence.
  • Participate in the preparation of investment memorandums and other presentation materials.
  • Assist in portfolio monitoring processes.
  • Various other tasks and opportunities depending on your interests, capabilities, and the needs of the team.

YOUR SKILLSET

  • You have a strong academic background.
  • You have previously gained first work experience at top-tier investment banks, management consultancies, private equity or venture capital funds.
  • You like crunching numbers, are detail-oriented and very experienced with Microsoft Office programs.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and can work independently on ad-hoc tasks as well as on long-term projects.
  • You are flexible and enjoy working in small dynamic teams and are enthusiastic about the Growth & Private Equity industry.
  • You are fluent in English (Italian is a plus).
