Your Role:As the Omnichannel & AI Business Specialist, you will be the key reference point for digital ecosystem aimed at engaging Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). Digital Strategy: You will support the development of the digital channels strategy and the omnichannel action plans, ensuring alignment with brand goals and company engagement priorities. Platform Management: You will be responsible for managing and maintaining key local platforms, including the HCP website, Marketing Automation tools, and Webinar platforms. Content & Campaigns: You will support Marketing teams in defining effective digital initiatives, collaborating on content localization (e.g., CLM, DEM), and managing third-party agencies for creativity and ad-hoc campaigns. Data & AI Integration: You will define digital Customer Engagement KPIs, analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities and drive data-based decisions. Crucially, you will monitor and integrate Artificial Intelligence solutions and tools into our digital ecosystem, working closely with IT and Data Science teams to maximize personalization and business impact.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or equivalent; a Master's degree in Digital Marketing is preferred.
2-3 years in a similar role, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry being a plus.
Proven experience in managing projects involving AI and Machine Learning solutions. Global or Regional experience is preferable.
Excellent knowledge of digital applications and solid experience in marketing strategy and tactical initiatives.
Open-minded, with strong logical and analytical skills.

Fluent in English and Italian.
