Sales Order Administrator (m/f/d)
Quali sfide vi attendono?
  • Preparerai offerte e conferme d'ordine in conformità alle specifiche concordate con il cliente, tenendo conto delle condizioni di consegna e pagamento specifiche del cliente e delle normative di esportazione;
  • Ti occuperai di inserire i dati rilevanti per l'ordine nell'ERP / CRM e nei dati anagrafici;
  • Ti coordinerai con il team vendite regionale riguardo a procedure speciali del cliente (es. prezzi speciali, condizioni, progetti, normative di esportazione, arretrati, fatture aperte, ecc.);
  • Monitorerai i contratti con clienti e commerciali del Gruppo Reinhausen;
  • Fornirai supporto al cliente durante l'elaborazione dell'ordine;
  • Consiglierai i clienti su questioni commerciali e semplici aspetti tecnici;
  • Gestirai la corrispondenza interna ed esterna in conformità alle policy aziendali;
  • Dovrai occuparti di archiviare e mantenere i file digitali.
Cosa ci aspettiamo da te?
  • Diploma minimo in ambito commerciale o tecnico;
  • Esperienza nelle vendite, preferibilmente con comprensione tecnica;
  • Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese; competenze linguistiche aggiuntive sono considerate un plus;
  • Competenze informatiche (es. SAP o sistemi ERP comparabili, Office, ecc.) e metodologie di lavoro agile;
  • Forte orientamento al cliente e buone capacità comunicative;
  • Comprensione dei processi e dei sistemi;
  • Resilienza e spirito di adattamento sono apprezzate.
