Jewelry
Division Lead, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and driving the commercial performance of the Accessories division. You will shape a compelling assortment, build strong brand and supplier partnerships, and lead a high-performing team to deliver sustainable growth and a differentiated customer proposition.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow the Jewelry assortment and commercial performance, aligned with overall business objectives
- Identify, onboard, and develop relationships with new and existing accessories brands and suppliers
- Drive performance and long-term value across the current accessories portfolio, including fine, demi-fine, and fashion accessories, watches, and sunglasses
- Leverage our curated platform business model to optimize assortment, pricing, and brand positioning
- Lead, build, and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability for results
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure buying, merchandising, and trading strategies support broader business goals
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and performance data to inform category strategy and decisions
Requirements
- Relevant experience in Jewelry or adjacent categories within retail or e-commerce
- Strong understanding of category-specific dynamics, including pricing architecture, margin structures, and supplier models
- Proven ability to drive measurable business impact through assortment planning, trading decisions, and supplier negotiation
- Experience working in fast-paced, commercially driven environments
- Sound judgement with confidence in making data-informed decisions and taking measured commercial risks
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective brand and supplier relationships
- Leadership experience with a track record of building, developing, and motivating high-performing teams
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
