As a Planning Execution Specialist, you will coordinate cross-functional initiatives aimed at optimizing production priorities, sequencing, and material flow. You will work closely with Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to monitor capacity constraints, mitigate delivery risks, and ensure the alignment of planning systems with real-time execution needs.
Your work will directly impact production efficiency, inventory levels, and on-time delivery performance.

Nel ruolo di Planning Execution Specialist, coordinerai iniziative trasversali per ottimizzare le priorità produttive, le sequenze e i flussi di materiali. Collaborerai con i team di Operations, Procurement e Supply Chain per monitorare i vincoli di capacità, ridurre i rischi di ritardo e garantire l'allineamento tra i sistemi di pianificazione e l'esecuzione reale.

Key Responsibilities | Responsabilità principali:
- Coordinate short- and mid-term planning activities, ensuring alignment with plant capacity and material availability.
Coordina azioni di pianificazione a breve e medio termine, garantendo coerenza tra capacità produttiva e disponibilità materiali. - Monitor feedback from procurement and coordinate mitigation actions to reduce delays and delivery risks.
Controlla i feedback del Procurement e coordina azioni per limitare impatti sulle tempistiche di consegna. - Reschedule production plans based on updated constraints and system inputs.
Aggiorna e rischedula i piani produttivi in base a nuovi vincoli e input di sistema. - Measure production performance and plant capacity to support continuous improvement.
Monitora i risultati della produzione e la capacità impiantistica per supportare il miglioramento continuo. - Forecast long lead-time materials to anticipate needs beyond the planning horizon.
Prepara previsioni per i materiali critici con lead time superiori all'orizzonte di pianificazione. - Provide monthly reporting on production scheduling to the management team.
Prepara report mensili sulla pianificazione da condividere con il team di management.
Required Qualifications | Requisiti:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent experience of 2+ years).
Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria (meccanica, gestionale) o esperienza professionale equivalente di almeno 2 anni. - Fluency in Italian (native) and solid English skills (B2+ level).
Padronanza della lingua italiana (madrelingua) e buon livello d'inglese (B2+).
