To elevate our partnerships and client relationships, we are seeking a Senior Sale professional with deep expertise in hospitality sales, strategic relationship management, and high-level deal-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in closing tailored deals, crafting compelling retreat offerings, and building strong client and venue partnerships.
The Role
This is a senior individual contributor position that combines sales execution with account management. You will be responsible for driving revenue by securing new business and managing a portfolio of high-value clients and venue partners. You'll take ownership of the full sales cycle, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients before, during, and after each retreat.
You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to shape unique retreat experiences, while bringing in your sales expertise to drive commercial growth.
Who We're Looking For
- Experienced Hospitality Sales & Account Management Professional: You bring 3+ years of success in sales, field of hospitality, tourism, event production, or high-end venue partnerships. You're confident selling to senior decision-makers and managing relationships across multiple touchpoints.
- Strategic & Data-Driven: You rely on CRM tools, sales metrics, and client insights to guide your decisions and optimize performance.
- Skilled Negotiator & Relationship Builder: You're adept at closing high-value deals while cultivating lasting relationships with both clients and partners.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent English is required.
- Nice to have: German or/and French proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Client Sales: Lead the sales process from discovery to deal closing, crafting tailored retreat proposals that meet client objectives.
- Account Management: Build and manage long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and growth opportunities.
- Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy: Implement strategic sales initiatives and pricing models to expand revenue and improve client retention.
- Partner & Venue Relations: Maintain and grow a strong network of premium venue partners and experience providers across Europe.
- CRM & Process Optimization: Use CRM to track activity, automate workflows, and generate insights that improve efficiency and engagement.
- Market & Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends to refine offerings and help shape future retreat concepts.
