Per il potenziamento del nostro team, siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire nel reparto Customer Service e Back Office Commerciale, con focus sulla gestione operativa dei clienti italiani e internazionali.

La figura lavorerà a stretto contatto con i team commerciale, logistico e amministrativo, contribuendo a garantire un servizio clienti efficiente e strutturato nelle fasi di pre e post vendita.

Responsabilità

La risorsa si occuperà di:

Customer Service clienti (Italia ed estero)

  • gestione richieste pre-vendita
  • supporto post-vendita
  • gestione reclami e problematiche operative

Back office ordini

  • inserimento e monitoraggio ordini
  • verifica disponibilità prodotto
  • aggiornamento clienti su avanzamento e spedizioni

Risoluzione problematiche operative

  • interfaccia con logistica per spedizioni e anomalie
  • coordinamento con amministrazione (fatture, note di credito, resi)
  • gestione resi secondo le policy aziendali

Supporto operativo al team commerciale

  • assistenza alle attività sales
  • mantenimento di un rapporto professionale e strutturato con i clienti

Onboarding operativo nuovi clienti

  • raccolta informazioni
  • supporto primi ordini
  • allineamento procedure aziendali

Requisiti

  • Ottima capacità di gestione del cliente
  • Buona autonomia operativa nel rispetto delle procedure
  • Capacità di lavorare in coordinamento con più reparti
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Precisione, affidabilità e orientamento alla soluzione dei problemi

Costituiscono un plus

  • Esperienza in customer service / back office commerciale
  • Esperienza nel settore fashion / retail / luxury
  • Familiarità con sistemi ERP e gestione ordini
