Role Overview

As a CEO Associate Intern
, you will work closely with the CEO and Palera Milano's team, gaining direct exposure to the strategic, commercial, and operational aspects of growing a luxury fashion brand. This role is designed for a highly motivated individual eager to learn, contribute, and develop a holistic understanding of business development, wholesale operations, and brand growth.

You will support both strategic initiatives and daily activities, gaining insight into the decision-making process and the frameworks behind scaling a company in the luxury sector.

Key Responsibilities

CEO & Strategic Support

  • Support the CEO in daily activities, including scheduling, planning, and coordination
  • Assist in strategic planning, business analysis, and special projects
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support informed decision-making

Business Development & Wholesale

  • Support the development and management of wholesale accounts
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with buyers, partners, and distributors
  • Prepare materials for wholesale presentations and commercial meetings

Showrooms, Events & Brand Presence

  • Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of showrooms and brand events
  • Support participation in industry events, presentations, and appointments
  • Coordinate logistics and materials for meetings and brand activations

Communication & Marketing Support

  • Support communication activities, including client mailing and outreach
  • Assist with social media coordination and content planning
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

Requirements

Education

  • Degree or current studies in Fashion Management, Business Management, or a related field

Experience

  • Previous internships or experience in fashion, luxury, or business environments are a plus

Languages

  • Fluency in
    English and Italian
    is required, additional languages is a plus

Skills & Profile

  • Strong eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Proactive, dynamic, and solution-oriented mindset
