ResilientX Security is a fast-growing cybersecurity company operating in
Third-Party Risk Management
and
Unified Exposure Management
. We work with enterprises, SMEs, and partners across Europe to help organizations understand and reduce cyber risk.

We are now looking for a
Founder Associate / Assistente del CEO (Junior)
to work directly with the Founder and gain hands-on exposure to strategy, sales, operations, and decision-making in a cybersecurity startup.

This is not a traditional assistant role.

You will work side-by-side with our Founder, supporting daily operations while being exposed to strategic initiatives.

What you will be doing?

  • Support the CEO in daily operational and strategic activities
  • Prepare documents, presentations, summaries, and proposals
  • Support sales activities (follow-ups, CRM updates, deal tracking)
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Help structure internal processes and workflows
  • Support partner and customer communications
  • Join selected sales, partner, and strategy calls

Who you are ?

  • Final-year university student or recently graduated (max 1–2 years)
  • Background in Economics, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and spoken
    Italian
  • Very good English
    (written and spoken)
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to have

  • International experience (Erasmus, exchange programs, etc.)
  • Interest in cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B technology
  • Basic understanding of business, sales, or operations
  • Strong presentation skills (Google Slides / PowerPoint)
