Founders' Associate Intern Join to apply for theFounders' Associate Internrole atAlways Friday .In Always Friday stiamo creando il primo e unicoCorporate Event OS : una piattaforma end-to-end che centralizza fornitori, trasporti, gestione budget, pagamenti e amministrazione degli eventi aziendali.Scelta da 80+ aziende, il nostro obiettivo è automatizzare con l'AI tutti i processi manuali dietro a un evento e renderli più efficienti, trasparenti e misurabili.Abbiamo già venduto molto, validato il mercato e chiuso un round pre-seed (non ancora annunciato) con top-tier VCs, business angels del mondo finance e founder tech di altissimo livello.Ora stiamo entrando nella fase 0 ? 1 ? 10 e cerchiamo una persona che lavori a stretto contatto con il CEO, diventandone il braccio destro operativo.Questa posizione è pensata per chi vuole imparare come si costruisce una startup dall'interno, vedendo tutto: decisioni, numeri, priorità, execution quotidiana.ResponsibilitiesSupporto operativo e amministrativo al CEO (organizzazione, follow-up, documentazione, task management)Preparazione di documenti, report, presentazioni e materiali interni/esterniCoordinamento con team interni (Sales, Operations, Product) per assicurare esecuzione puntuale delle prioritàGestione e aggiornamento di tool operativi (Notion, CRM, fogli di controllo, dashboard)Supporto su attività strategiche ad hoc: analisi, ricerche di mercato, benchmark, business caseSupporto su processi finanziari e amministrativi di base (monitoraggio costi, fatture, pagamenti, contratti)Essere il "punto di controllo qualità" dell'esecuzione: precisione, ordine, follow-upRequirementsPersona estremamente precisa, ordinata e detail-orientedForte capacità organizzativa e di gestione delle prioritàMentalità da problem solver: vedi un problema ? lo sistemiVoglia di imparare, crescere e stare molto vicino al processo decisionaleOwner mindset: non aspetti istruzioni su tutto, ti prendi responsabilitàOttime capacità comunicative scritte e orali (italiano fluente)Interesse per startup, SaaS, tecnologia o imprenditoriaBenefitsRetribuzione fissa di 600€ al meseEsposizione totale al CEO e alle dinamiche reali di una startup early-stageApprendimento accelerato: vedrai tutto, non solo un pezzoAutonomia e responsabilità reali fin dal day-onePossibilità di crescita verso ruoli full-time (Founder Associate / Operations / Strategy)Lavoro in presenza con ufficio in centro a MilanoTeam giovane e ad altissima densità di talento (10 persone, età media 26 anni)Ambiente molto meritocratico: se sei forte, cresci velocementeProcesso di selezioneScreening telefonico con uno dei founder in caso di interesseIntro call (30') con il CEO con case pratico / task operativoCultural interview con il founding team al completoOffertaSeniority levelInternshipEmployment typeInternshipJob functionOtherIndustriesSoftware Development#J-*****-Ljbffr
