Cleafy is looking for a highly motivated professional to join our Customer Operations team as a Fraud Technology Partner, assigned to one of our most strategic Italian clients in the banking sector. This is a mid-level/senior position requiring autonomy, analytical depth, and strong stakeholder management skills. You will act as the in-house expert on the Cleafy platform within the client's fraud prevention team. Your mission is tostrengthen their fraud detection and response strategy by turning Cleafy's data and capabilities into measurable business outcomes. Beyond investigations, you'll translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations that help both operational teams and executives see the full value of Cleafy. Working closely with the Head of Fraud Prevention, as well as Cleafy's operations and backend teams, you'll become as a trusted advisor, ensuring Cleafy's impact is recognized and amplified across the client's organization. This role also involves proactively identifying emerging needs, facilitating internal escalations, and helping Cleafy stay ahead of the curve with regard to customer requirements and potential business opportunities. You'll operate independently on-site while staying tightly aligned with Cleafy teams on priorities and engagement standards. By demonstrating tangible business value, you will directly contribute to Cleafy's account retention and growth. While primarily dedicated to this client, the role may also include working on Cleafy initiatives beyond the scope of the assigned client. Success in this role means not only mastering the platform but helping the client see its business impact, by becoming the reference point for the client's fraud team & leadership. In other words, you'll be the person who transforms raw data into trusted insights that shape both tactical and strategic decisions at the bank. Concretely, it means the bank sees Cleafy as an indispensable partner in their fraud detection strategy, you're trusted to communicate directly with both analysts and C-levels, and you ensure that insights captured from fraud cases directly inform Cleafy's roadmap and help shape customer value stories. This role offers a unique opportunity to become a go-to expert in fraud technology within a tier-1 financial institution, while maintaining strong alignment with Cleafy's innovation. You'll build deep expertise and strategic relationships, paving the way for a variety of career paths.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the resident Cleafy on-site expertwithin the client's fraud prevention team, ensuring effective use of the platform and measurable impact on fraud detection, and participating in incident response
  • Translate investigations and data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both analysts and executives
  • Investigate fraud events and extract valuable insights using the Cleafy platform
  • Track and communicate business outcomes, turning client results into success stories that support renewals and upsell
  • Build a trusted relationship with the client's Head of Fraud Prevention
  • Proactively identify unmet client needs and usage patterns that can inform upsell strategies, product development, in close alignment with Customer Success, Sales and Product, acting as the bridge between the client & Cleafy
  • Track and report business outcomes internally to Cleafy, transforming them into reference stories that support upsell and renewal strategies
  • Be an ambassador of Cleafy's innovation & best practices, ensuring our value is visible and recognized across the client's organization
Requirements

Must-have:

  • 5+ years of experience in fraud prevention, cybersecurity, or digital risk roles, ideally in a bank, fintech, or consulting firm
  • Hands-on analytical skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical topics in clear, business-relevant terms
  • Business acumen & storytelling, able to translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations, connect them to business KPIs and clearly articulate Cleafy's value narrative to executives
  • Experience working with fraud prevention tools, platforms, or monitoring systems
  • Customer-centric approach and consultancy mindset
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong alignment with Cleafy's internal teams

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in banks, fintechs, or fraud/cybersecurity solution vendors

  • Familiarity with tools like Cleafy, SIEMs, behavioral analytics platforms

  • Experience in customer success, fraud operations, technical consulting, or solution engineering
  • Prior involvement in strategic client engagements or embedded roles

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in fraud prevention, Technology consulting, or cybersecurity-related roles
  • Experience with large financial institutions or strategic client engagements is a strong advantage
