Your Responsibilities:

•Participate in complex customer and product development projects, contributing to the design, analysis, and optimization of systems for the beverage industry;

•Analyze and mitigate project risks within your assigned domain by:

•Creating predictive models using Six Sigma methodologies

•Using calculation tools for structural, kinematic, and fluid dynamic sizing and verification

•Developing alternative designs and conducting preliminary functional tests to validate concepts

•Co-designing complex solutions with Industrial Engineering suppliers to achieve "first time right" solutions that are cost-effective and feasible

•Support the Supply chain by providing key information on system industrialization, clarifying technical specs, critical to quality features

•Collaborate in project reviews, resolve non-conformities, and support Customer Support Team with effective action plans.

•Meet project deadlines by sharing priorities and working closely with internal and external collaborators, especially during peak workloads.

•Participate in internal and external prototype validation, working with the reliability department and through visits to customer plants.

• Mechanical Design or Mechanical Engineering and ideally have initial experience in an industrial environment;
• Proficient with CAD tools, particularly SolidWorks and AutoCAD, and have a good understanding of PLM/ ERP (SAP) systems and manufacturing processes.
• Parametric design by integrated formula's or external programs are needed to consolidate design rules;
• Technical drawing standards with accuracy and have basic knowledge of hydraulics pneumatics;
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing process, to translate in design for manufacturing skills;
• Comfortable with MS Office and Outlook, you also have a minimum B1 level in English, enabling you to work effectively in an international context.
