Wolters Kluwer Italia, player di riferimento nello sviluppo di applicativi software per professionisti e aziende, ricerca un Customer Service Technical Specialist.

Stiamo cercando una figura tecnica da inserire in un team che si occupa di supporto applicativo e sviluppo software. Il ruolo prevede attività operative su sistemi interni, con un forte coinvolgimento in ambito .NET. È un'ottima opportunità per chi ha basi di programmazione e vuole crescere come sviluppatore in un contesto strutturato e orientato all'innovazione.

Attività principali:

  • Analisi e gestione di segnalazioni tecniche su applicazioni sviluppate internamente.

  • Sviluppo e manutenzione di componenti software in ambiente .NET (C#, ASP.NET).

  • Collaborazione con il team IT per l'evoluzione di strumenti e processi digitali.

  • Contributo a progetti di automazione e ottimizzazione tramite script e tool personalizzati.

Requisiti:

  • Conoscenza, anche di base, del framework .NET e del linguaggio C#.

  • Interesse per lo sviluppo software e desiderio di crescita tecnica.

  • Attitudine al problem solving e al lavoro in team.

  • Laurea in ambito tecnico gradita ma non vincolante.
