About the role

ENCO is a well-established consultancy and trusted partner in EU-funded research and innovation projects, renowned for its expertise in the strategic design and implementation of communication, dissemination and exploitation strategies aimed at ensuring the sustainability of project results.

In view of staff expansion, ENCO is currently recruiting one intern to support the implementation of our Horizon Europe and PRIMA R&I projects
Communication and Dissemination activities
. The selected individual will have the chance to join a dynamic research and innovation environment while working together with the project team and senior experts to help design and implement communication and dissemination plans, create digital and written content (websites management, social media presence, newsletters, press materials), support the organisation of events and campaigns, and contribute to stakeholder engagement and outreach towards key target audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to the communication and dissemination activities of the projects
  • Support the design and implementation of communication and dissemination strategies, plans and project deliverables
  • Draft, revise and adapt content for different channels (websites, social media, newsletters, presentations, etc.)
  • Produce and edit communication materials (promotional materials, brand identity, branded templates, press materials etc.)
  • Support the organisation and promotion of events, webinars, workshops and campaigns (branded materials, invitations, promotion, follow-up)
  • Contribute to stakeholder mapping and engagement activities, ensuring effective outreach to target audiences
  • Assist in coordinating inputs from project partners and maintaining contact and media lists
  • Support monitoring and reporting of communication and dissemination activities and related KPIs

All activities will be carried out in coordination with the project team and under the guidance of the C&D department.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in communication, media studies, psychology, political science, international relations, social sciences or equivalent
  • Fluency in Italian and English (preferably C1)
  • Initial familiarity with EU funding programmes (e.g. Horizon Europe, PRIMA) and with communication/dissemination activities in EU projects will be considered a strong asset
  • Good writing skills and ability to adapt messages to different channels and audiences
  • Proficiency in visual content creation tools (Canva, WordPress, Elementor, Mailchimp, CapCut or similar) and in the Microsoft Office suite, in particular PowerPoint
