About Us

Tenuta Golo is a private wine estate in Montepulciano known for producing premium wines and offering exclusive hospitality experiences. For next season, we are launching
six luxury suites
, transforming the estate into a high-end boutique retreat for discerning international guests.

We are seeking an experienced
Hospitality Manager
to build and oversee the full guest experience—from booking to checkout—ensuring every stay is seamless, memorable, and profitable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of six luxury suites and guest areas
  • Deliver exceptional guest experience aligned with a premium international standard
  • Oversee check-ins, concierge services, reservations, and guest communications
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Manage breakfast and light F&B service
  • Develop guest upsell strategies (wine tastings, estate experiences, wine club enrolment)
  • Ensure 5-star level reviews and repeat bookings
  • Handle guest billing, reporting, staffing schedules, and operational budgets

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, or high-end agriturismi
  • Strong communication skills in
    English and Italian
    (other languages a plus)
  • Strong IT skills, including use of project management software, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • A natural host with a commercial mindset
  • Highly organised, self-directed, and comfortable managing small teams
  • Passionate about wine, Tuscany, and creating unforgettable guest experiences
  • Living in Val d'Orcia or Val di Chiana
