Cerchiamo un pizzaiolo appassionato e talentuoso per il nostro team a Roma. In questo ruolo a tempo pieno e in sede, ti occuperai della preparazione di impasti, della creazione di pizze di alta qualità e della scelta di condimenti e ingredienti freschi. Collaborerai con il personale di cucina per mantenere standard eccellenti di qualità e coerenza. Garantirai il rispetto delle regole igienico-sanitarie e supporterai il coordinamento delle attività in cucina per una gestione efficiente del servizio.
Qualifiche
- Il candidato ideale deve possedere competenze in preparazione cibi e cottura, con particolare attenzione agli impasti e ai tempi di cottura.
- È essenziale una conoscenza approfondita delle norme di igiene e delle prassi del settore alimentare.
- Competenze in food & beverage, con esperienza specifica nella preparazione di condimenti e salse, sono un requisito fondamentale.
- È utile avere capacità organizzative, attenzione ai dettagli e abilità nel lavorare sotto pressione per rispettare le tempistiche del servizio.
Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da collocare full time anche con possibilità di doppio turno. La retribuzione sarà variabile in base alla disponibilità oraria e la comprovata esperienza, all'interno di una fascia tra I 1.500 ed i 2.000 euro netti mensili.
