Each year, our advisors complete over 60 transactions , delivering top-tier corporate finance solutions to entrepreneurs, boards, major corporations, and private equity investors across five key industry verticals : Business Services, Consumer, Healthcare, Industrial, and Media & Technology.

We are expanding our Italian team in Milan and are looking for candidates for a 6-month M&A internship starting in early December 2025.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The M&A Intern will assist in the origination and execution of M&A transactions, supporting the team throughout all phases of the process. The intern will focus on the following activities:

  • Conducting company and market research and analysis, including:

(i) Screening and scouting for potential targets/bidders

(ii) Benchmark analysis

(iii) Business model analysis

(iv) Financial statements analysis
- Company valuation and modeling, including business planning
- Preparing documentation such as teasers, information memoranda , and management presentations
- Assisting in key documents and phases of M&A transactions
- Monitoring Private Equity firms operating in Italy and abroad and updating databases (characteristics, portfolio companies, etc.)
- Tracking M&A news and developments
- Collaborating with the team and organizing schedules

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • In the final year of a Master's degree, with an excellent academic record
  • Strong skills in Financial Statements analysis and reclassification
  • Sharp analytical skills and a critical mindset
  • Proficiency in Italian and English
  • High work capacity and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Genuine interest in business, M&A, valuation , and accounting
  • Flexibility in managing schedules
