JOB MISSION
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We're looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Haircare Division, while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability.

As our Marketplace Manager Haircare, you will execute our marketplace strategy and operations, ensuring our presence across key markets is optimized and aligned with our brand values. This role will partner closely with European markets, to develop a regional approach to managing our e-retailers/marketplaces.

What You Will Do
Account Management & Maintenance

  • Own and manage Seller Central accounts across multiple European countries
  • Maintain account health and resolve operational issues in coordination with agency
  • Ensure full compliance with marketplace policies and stay up to date on e-retail trends and platform updates
  • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including content, keywords, images, and backend attributes and enhance the brand experience
  • Continuously test and refine content, pricing, and UX elements to drive traffic and conversion
  • Ensure brand consistency, accurate content, and high discoverability across all SKUs in each market
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews, ratings, and questions to protect and enhance brand reputation
  • Upload new launches in a timely manner aligned with digital and local BU go-live dates
  • Maintain a database of all product information and assets

Campaigns, Advertising & Promotions

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns with respect to the local calendar in each respective market aligned with omnichannel strategy e.g. brand store
  • Lead advertising initiatives across marketplaces in partnership with external agency
  • Monitor campaign ROI and refine tactics based on performance data

Demand Planning & Order Management

  • Forecast demand across EU marketplaces with agency using sales trends, seasonality, promotions, and new product launches to build accurate short- and long-term plans
  • Translate forecasts into SKU level stock and replenishment plans, aligning closely with agency and logistics team
  • Oversee the full order lifecycle on EU marketplaces, ensuring orders are processed, confirmed, and shipped on time and in full
  • Communicate about OOS / overstock situation and manage inventory

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyse performance data to track sales, profitability, advertising impact, and operational efficiency
  • Deliver actionable insights and regular reports to drive continuous improvement
  • Leverage customer insights and behavioural data to enhance the purchase journey
  • Prepare weekly reports for internal stakeholders across all marketplaces

Cross-function & Local BU Collaboration

  • Work with local Business Units to align calendars, translations, omnichannel coordination, and reporting
  • Collaborate with demand planning, logistics, and creative teams to align marketplace activity with broader business objectives
  • Support logistics and finance on sales in and out reporting
  • Work closely with the wider online team to share best practice
  • Work with Logistics team to review damage/packing issues to drive for change to improve the customer experience
  • Answer customer care questions aimed at the manufacturer and build FAQ database for internal usage.

Who You Are

  • 5+ Years of experience in marketplaces within Europe
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Economics, Management, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of tools and programmes such as Seller Central, VINE, FBA
  • Experience in managing a business with P&L accountability and developing activation calendars
  • Being fluent in English is a must
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionallyExcellent drive and strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Strong reporting, analytical project management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, effective time manager, and self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to work independently and unaided due to remote location
  • Other marketplaces or e-retailer experience a plus
  • Passion for sustainable beauty and alignment with Davines' values
