Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Senior Machine Learning Engineer con esperienza, pronto/a a guidare progetti avanzati di AI e a supportare un team tecnico e i clienti in ambito AI e Machine Learning.
Responsabilità:
- Sviluppare pipeline dati per modelli statistici e analitici complessiIndustrializzare la data preparation (data cleaning, feature selection & extraction) su grandi volumi di dati
- Creare pipeline di rilascio automatico dei modelli
- Documentare rilasci e installazioni
- Effettuare code review e fornire feedback
- Stimare effort e supportare il project manager nel monitoraggio
- Partecipare attivamente a meeting di coordinamento e contribuire al processo decisionale
- Supervisionare e coordinare team fino a 5 persone, fornendo guida tecnica e supporto alla crescita professionale
Competenze:
- Linguaggi: Python, R, SQL
- Framework: TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Cafe
- Database: relazionali (SQL), non relazionali (NoSQL)
- Modelli statistici e matematici
- Data Management, tecniche di stima
- Documentazione progettuale e funzionale
- Strumenti: Confluence, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)

- Comunicazione efficace, problem solving, pensiero analitico
- Leadership tecnica, capacità di influenzare e pianificare
- Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla costruzione di relazioni
