Cerchiamo Machine Learning Engineer con almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza su progetti di quantitative analytics o data modeling che analizzino e trasformino dati complessi in insight utili per decisioni strategiche, utilizzando tecniche di machine learning, statistica e AI in ambito Business Development.
Le attività del ruolo:
- Raccolta fabbisogni dei clienti, analisi dei requisiti e identificazione della soluzione;
- Design architetturale, implementazione e sviluppo dell'infrastruttura necessaria per gestire progetti di Data Science end-to-end tramite applicativi dedicati, dalla fase di ingestion alla fase di serving dei modelli di machine learning coordinandosi con le altre risorse in gruppo;
- Progettazione di workflow per il preprocessing e l'estrazione di features, focalizzate sulla validazione statistica e sulla qualità dei dati nell'intero ciclo di vita dei progetti ML;
- Design e Test di algoritmi predittivi accurati e scalabili;
- Capacità di lavorare in gruppo per obiettivi, ottime capacità analitiche, precisione, autonomia organizzativa e uno spiccato orientamento al raggiungimento dei risultati
Tali attività dovranno essere svolte con riferimento al processo di integrazione delle competenze funzionali al percorso di trasformazione aziendale in atto.
Competenze richieste:
- Conoscenza approfondita in ambito Machine Learning (concetti teorici di AI e ML: predictive modeling, clustering, classification, regression, deep learning, recommender system, computer vision, natural language processing, operational research);
- Conoscenza del linguaggio Python o R o altri linguaggi adatti all'analisi dati;
- Conoscenza di framework e librerie per il Machine Learning e la manipolazione dei dati (es. per Python: Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit Learn, Pandas, Numpy, Jupyter);
- Familiarità con database SQL (Postgresql, MySQL) e noSQL;
- Conoscenza di un ambiente Cloud (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure).
- Conoscenza di tecniche di ottimizzazione di modelli di ML, come quantizzazione, pruning o compiling atte al serving ad alte prestazioni, con particolare attenzione ai language models;
- Capacità di lavorare in gruppo per obiettivi, ottime capacità analitiche, precisione, autonomia organizzativa e uno spiccato orientamento al raggiungimento dei risultati.
Requisiti graditi:
- Certificazione Google Cloud Machine Learning Engineer (e altre certificazioni Google Cloud) oppure altre certificazioni analoghe in ambito data science;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese livello B2 o superiore.
