Your Responsabilities

  • Lead and develop a small team of Service Campaign Specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
  • Strategically coordinate and manage service campaigns, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and direct engagement with customers
  • Oversee campaign execution, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and customer expectations are consistently met
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and impact
  • Ensure full alignment of campaign activities with company standards, service objectives, and overall business strategy
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and timely issue resolution

Your Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in project management, customer service or campaign coordination, ideally in automotive or manufacturing
  • Technical background is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in English
