PYP Primary School Teacher

We are looking for an energetic, curious and collaborative PYP Primary School Teacher to join our committed, happy and growing primary school team, starting from September 2026

About

ICS Milan is an international school which offers a forward-thinking and exciting educational experience predominantly through English, but with a strong and integrated Italian program. ICS Milan offers an educational pathway for children starting in our Early Years, with our Nursery section for 12 month - 3-year-olds. Children then move into our Preschool and Kindergarten before moving into the Primary School with year levels from Year 1 to Year 6. Our Secondary School then takes our students all the way from Year 7 to Year 13. Our approach to learning is founded in IB principles and aims to equip students with the values, skills, and experiences to enable them to become successful, mindful and proactive global citizens.

In our Early Years and Primary School our curriculum has been developed within the PYP framework, and we are currently a PYP Candidate School, with authorisation planned for Spring 2026. We also hold Paritaria status, and our curriculum aligns with that of the Italian Ministry of Education. In our Secondary School, we offer a rich curriculum developed within the IB Middle Years Programme, before students embark on the demanding IGCSE curriculum. We currently hold Paritaria status up to and including Year 11. At the end of Year 11, students then continue their learning pathway in the IB Diploma programme.

About You

Candidates must have a degree - for Primary, a B.Ed ( or equivalent from another country) and at least 2 years post qualifying full time teaching experience in a school and in upper primary classes and/or lower primary classes.
