Accountabilities
  • Uncover revenue blockers to drive customer expansion and retention
  • Run incremental experiments across the customer journey
  • Collaborate with engineering to validate ideas through A/B tests
  • Transform successful tests into lasting product improvements
  • Define success metrics and prioritize the experiment backlog
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Hands-on experience with the revenue lifecycle
  • Understanding of SaaS or eCommerce metrics
  • Experience with experimentation cycles
  • Ability to use manual workflows and AI tools effectively
