TECHNICAL OFFICE ASSISTANT

Manpower Engineering è alla ricerca di una risorsa dinamica e precisa da inserire nel Reparto Tecnico di prestigiosa azienda cliente . Se sei una persona organizzata, con buone doti relazionali e passione per l'ambiente produttivo, potresti essere la persona giusta per noi

Responsabilità principali

  • Inserimento ordini clienti a sistema
  • Creazione delle commesse di produzione
  • Gestione e aggiornamento dei dati tecnici e delle schede prodotto
  • Coordinamento con Back Office, Ufficio Grafico e Logistica
  • Comunicazione con i clienti sullo stato di avanzamento lavori
  • Predisposizione di offerte commerciali

Requisiti richiesti

  • Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office
  • Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli
  • Familiarità con sistemi gestionali e fatturazione
  • Ottime capacità comunicative
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni in ruoli simili (preferibile)
  • Competenze base di grafica (gradite)
