We are recruiting for a Director of F&B position to join the Food & Beverage team at Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco

As Director of F&B and reporting to the Hotel Manager you will be responsible for the supervision and strategic development of all F&B activities. This is a key position for supporting the growth of Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco.

Job Description

-
    
Supervises compliance with local and company health regulations (HACCP, occupational safety etc)

-
    
Defines and implements, in collaboration with the Managing Director and Hotel Manager, the department's medium- to long-term strategy, including positioning, gastronomic branding and operating model

-
    
Oversees forecasting, inventories, food and beverage costs, menu engineering, pricing strategy, and sourcing in synergy with Finance.

-
    
Manages the CAPEX investment approval and implementation process for the F&B department, ensuring budget and time compliance.

Monitors forecast and controls labor cost by ensuring that the department applies proper human resources management with a view to efficiency and budget

receives and takes responsibility for any complaints from guests, reporting the incident to the stakeholders involved. In concert with Hotel Mng/MD performs all appropriate investigations and follow-up with both guests and Associates involved, implementing corrective actions and monitoring guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

-
    
A minimum of 10 years' experience in luxury hospitality F&B, with at least 3 years in a similar managerial role.

-
    
Familiarity with LQA/Forbes standards and operational systems like Opera PMS, Micros, GoAudit, KnowCross or similar.

-
    
Fluent in both Italian and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

A keen eye for detail, polished interpersonal skills, and a natural flair for relationship-building.
