Purpose of the role:

You will join our HR team, together with the Planning Reward & Personnel Administration coordinator, in order to contribute to development and maintenance of a compensation structure aligned with our company's strategies and organizational characteristics.

Main activities:

• Support the preparation of Documents for Remuneration Committee, Board of Directors meetings, CDA
• Collect data required for the annual Remuneration Policy and Sustainability Report
• Analyze compensation ratio, gender pay gap and equity pay gap at Group level
• Manage activities related to the stock option plan, including the allocation process and the definition and monitoring of vesting conditions
• Manage short-term incentive plans (STI) for commercial populations (Quarterly Bonus)
• Evaluate new roles and existing positions
• Support topics related to insurance policies, employee benefits, car policies, and relocation
• Monitor the Group compensation dashboard, ensuring data accuracy and alignment of positions
• Contribute to planning and budgeting activities within the Reward area.

Submit your application if:

• You have a master's degree in Statistics or Economic or Management Engineering
• You gained at least 3/4 years of experience in this role in international companies
• You have worked with market data classification and interpretation systems
• You are able to interpret data and present findings/analytics into a clear and easy format
• You can speak and write in excellent English
• You have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• You have strong attitude for analysis and data processing
