Per prestigioso hotel 5 stelle nel centro storico di Roma, si ricerca un Floor Supervisor (Maitre) Temporary.

Il ruolo sarà parte del team F&B, orgoglioso di coinvolgere i nostri ospiti e di creare momenti Unici.

SINTESI DELLA POSIZIONE

La risorsa si occuperà di:

  • Coordinare le operazioni di sala e bar, assicurando il rispetto degli standard di servizio;

-Gestire il personale e l'inventario;

  • Controllare e mantenere la pulizia, l'igiene;

-Comunicare con gli ospiti e con gli altri dipendenti per garantire che le esigenze degli ospiti siano soddisfatte;

-Gestire richieste e reclami degli ospiti;

-Partecipare ad eventi quotidiani;

_ Chiudere ed aprire cassa ad inizio/fine turno;

  • Assicurarsi che il personale lavori in squadra per garantire un servizio ottimale.

- seguire tutte le procedure aziendali e di sicurezza; segnalare al responsabile incidenti, infortuni e condizioni di lavoro non sicure; completare la formazione e le certificazioni in materia di sicurezza. Assicurarsi che l'uniforme e l'aspetto personale siano puliti e professionali, mantenere la riservatezza delle informazioni proprietarie e proteggere i beni aziendali
