Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership abilities to motivate and develop a team
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including health and safety regulations
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
