Nobu Milano è alla ricerca di uno/una Chef de Partie in grado di soddisfare i clienti seguendo le indicazioni e le ricette dell'Executive Chef. Il suo lavoro sarà un fattore chiave per mantenere alto il livello della nostra cucina.

Lo Chef de Partie sarà responsabile di supportare l'Executive Chef nella preparazione dei piatti e nella gestione degli ordini, con l'obiettivo di garantire la massima qualità.

Responsabilità

- Mantenere un elevato standard lavorativo in accordo con l'Executive Chef

- Garantire la preparazione, la qualità e la presentazione dei cibi in ogni momento

- Preparare i menù in collaborazione con il personale di cucina

- Lavorare in modo costruttivo con tutto il team

- Pulire le aree di lavoro in conformità alle linee guida HACCP

Requisiti

Competenze indispensabili:

- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili

- Capacità organizzative

- Orientamento al lavoro di squadra

 Competenze gradite:

- Conoscenza della cucina giapponese
