Su cosa lavorerai
Siamo in cerca di una persona da inserire nel ruolo di Product Designer per unirsi al nostro Team Digital. Nello specifico la persona indivduata si occupaerà di:
- Progettazione e sviluppo dei touchpoint digitali di acquisizione clienti secondo best practice UX/UI. (es. funnels di sottoscrizione)
- Interpretazione dei bisogni degli utenti e traduzione in requisiti di design.
- Ottimizzazione dell'esperienza utente per garantirne usabilità, accessibilità e coinvolgimento
- Sviluppare prototipi di diversa fedeltà utili per test, presentazioni interne e validazioni tecniche.
- Assicurare coerenza, accessibilità e scalabilità di tutte le soluzioni proposte.
Cosa può esserti utile per valutare se candidarti
- 2–5 anni di esperienza in Digital Product Design;
- Esperienza nell'utilizzo di strumenti come Figma e/o Sketch;
- Familiarità con principi di UX, UI, design thinking e user-centered design;
- Capacità di creare prototipi interattivi e di collaborare con team tecnici;
- Buone capacità comunicative e di storytelling del design;
- Conoscenza base di HTML/CSS;
- Esperienza in aziende digitali / e-commerce o in contesti agile;
- Laurea in Design della Comunicazione, Visual Design, Graphic Design con specializzazione o esperienza in digitale;
- creatività e capacità comunicativa;
- Competenze analitiche e attenzione al dettaglio;
- capacità organizzative e rispetto delle scadenze stringenti;
- capacità di team work;
- problem solving e flessibilità.

Lavorerai nel nostro HQs di Milano in Via A. Algardi 4 insieme al resto del tuo team di riferimento. Ci impegniamo a favorire il tuo work-life balance e quindi avrai la possibilità, se lo desideri, di lavorare anche in modalità ibrida organizzandoti con il tuo team.
