About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and driven
Product Designer
to support the
development of 3D printed products
, including eyewear, footwear, grips, and other gear. This role is ideal for a designer with a
strong command of procedural modeling using Grasshopper, Rhino
and a passion for creating advanced
structures
and performance-driven geometries.

You'll be working closely with co-founder to bring experimental concepts to life and push the limits of 3D-printed sport gear.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and prototype 3D printed sport lifestyle gear using Grasshopper, Rhino and other parametric, CAD and modelling tools
  • Develop
    lattice structures
    , padding systems, and performance surfaces optimized for comfort and biomechanics
  • Create high-quality procedural models and prepare geometry for 3D printing (DLP/SLS)
  • Contribute to product ideation and help translate concepts into functional prototypes
  • Research biomimicry, parametric approaches, and manufacturing constraints
  • Produce renders, design decks, and visual content for internal review and marketing

Qualifications:

  • Background in
    Industrial Design
    ,
    Product
    Design
    ,
    Computational Design
    , or similar
  • Proficiency in
    Rhino, Grasshopper
    for modeling and procedural geometry
  • Experience or strong interest in
    3D printing
    and additive manufacturing techniques
  • Understanding of material behavior, human anatomy, and movement-based product design
  • Strong portfolio showing relevant projects in digital design, footwear, gear, or lattice systems
  • Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote setup

Bonus Skills:

  • Familiarity with simulation tools (FEA, pressure analysis)
  • Rendering and visualization (KeyShot, Blender etc.)
  • Experience designing products related to sports, performance wear, or recovery systems
