What does a successful Program Director do?

An engaging and successful Program Director cultivates relationships with stakeholders, ensures excellence in project execution, and embraces our culture defined by innovation and client success. What you will do:

• Oversee and manage large, complex AQaaS (Assessment Quality as a Service) programs within the Italian market.

• Develop, implement, and monitor project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful program outcomes.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and alignment across all phases of program execution.

• Foster relationships with key stakeholders and clients to ensure their needs and goals are met.

• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and improve processes for optimal program performance.

• Monitor program budgets, track financial performance, and report on progress to executive leadership.

• Drive continuous improvement in program management practices and methodologies.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

What you will need to have:

• Proven experience in managing large-scale programs, particularly within AQaaS or similar service frameworks.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.

• Expertise in project management tools and software.

• In-depth understanding of financial services and technology industries.

• Ability to navigate and manage complex stakeholder relationships.

What would be great to have:

• Proficiency in both Italian and English.

• Experience in the fintech industry with a focus on innovative digital solutions.

• Familiarity with the Italian regulatory landscape for financial services.

• PMP or similar project management certification.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
