Franzi, Italy's oldest luxury leather goods brand, is seeking candidates for an Internship / Project Management position to support the Product Management department.

The candidate selected will have the opportunity to participate in the development of a prestigious brand in the high-end leather goods sector and be involved in different aspects of the business. This is an entrepreneurial project suitable for candidates with a flexible attitude and a willingness to try their hand in a dynamic, creative and diverse environment.

The selected person will work with the product department, on the following tasks:

· Image research and mood boards creation for product development;

· Preparation of creative briefs and inspiration documents for product design;

· Participation in the design process;

· Creation of product renderings;

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis;

· Design and operational support in the creation of stands/window displays;

· Support in the search for suppliers;

· Support in operational, logistical and administrative duties;

· Support in the organization of product presentation events;

· Content creation for offline communication tools (lookbooks, brochures, invitations...).

The ideal candidate should have the following characteristics:

· Educational background in fashion design, product design or art direction;

· Aesthetic sensitivity and good image culture;

· Proven passion for luxury, fashion and accessories;

· Excellent knowledge of Adobe programs (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop);

· Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering programs (Rinocheros, Inventor; Fusion 360, Keyshot) is a plus;

· Knowledge of Office package programs (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, ...).

· Advanced knowledge of English language;

· Accuracy and attention to detail;

· Proactive approach and positive attitude to problem-solving;

· Organizational skills in multi-tasking situations.
