We are looking for a passionate Legal Intern to join the Legal Affairs Department, located in Venice (VE)

 The selected candidate will work closely with the Legal Contracts Manager, supporting the management of international contracts, with a specific focus on Retail development, Suppliers and ICT contracts.

Key Responsibilities

The intern will be actively involved in the following activities:

Real Estate & Retail Expansion

  • Preliminary review of commercial lease agreements supporting new store openings across the EU / MEINA regions
  • Coordinating daily communications with local external legal counsels, supporting document collection and the exchange of feedback on contracts.

Commercial & ICT Contracting

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating (under supervision) supply, service and consultancy agreements
  • Supporting the management of IT-related contracts (software licenses, SaaS, maintenance agreements) in coordination with the IT Department

Standard Documentation & Legal Operations

  • Managing and updating standard legal templates (NDAs, engagement letters, general terms and conditions)
  • Maintaining and updating the contracts archive

  • Assisting with the preparation of legal reports and supporting governance and compliance activities. 

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Law
  • Completed legal traineeship
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset and ability to work in structured, international environments
